Outsourced work was priced and placed largely from memory. Historic supplier costs and performance were scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.

  • Took a colleague's idea from conversation to wireframe and feasibility assessment.
  • Built it on the shared internal design system, starting with sample data to validate the shape.
  • Moved it to production on UK-hosted infrastructure with real data once the model was proven.
