   • Built a bespoke specification quoting platform for an ultra-luxury OEM's options programme. Quote time per vehicle fell from 4 hours to 30 minutes.
   • Built CAD geometry cost estimation: features extracted from STEP files and priced against roughly 8,000 historically costed parts, with margin visible before a quote goes out. 30 to 40 people use the quoting tools daily.
   • Shipped a suite of internal platforms on one design system: programme invoicing, supplier cost intelligence, goods receiving, time approvals and a customer portal, all with Microsoft sign-in and UK hosting.
   • Led the MRP rollout across two OEM programmes and built the reporting on top. Now leading the PLM migration to Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, with the licence cost negotiated down by almost two thirds.
   • Own infrastructure across 5 sites: segmented network, 13 VMs rebuilt from bare metal, 100+ devices refreshed, and the endpoint risk score cut from 90,000 to under 10,000 in three weeks.
   • Scoped and took to the board an on-premises LLM platform, so confidential engineering data can be used with AI without leaving site.

   • Took on the IT estate alongside development and started the groundwork for the network and virtualisation rebuild.
